If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 12-Hour Cancellation & Downgrade Policy
Non-Member / Walk-In Clients
- We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations, reschedules, or service downgrades.
- Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service amount.
- No-shows are treated as late cancellations and will also be charged 50% of the total service amount.
Members
- We ask members to provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations, reschedules, or service downgrades.
- Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a $25 flat fee.
2.3 No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice. No-shows are subject to the fees outlined in Section 2.2.

We provide a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However:
- Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have the appointment cancelled and may incur applicable fees.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule and may be charged as a no-show.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments.
- We cannot guarantee full service completion for late arrivals.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so your experience starts calm and on time.
2.5 Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule subject to availability if they meet the notice requirements in Section 2.2. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in applicable fees.
